Upward Bound Programs

Upward Bound is a program funded by the U.S. Department of Education. It is designed to prepare and motivate low income, first generation college bound students to succeed in higher education by providing students with academic enhancement both during the school year as well as over the summer.  Each college/university has its own special services as well as requirements for participation.
