Toledo Public Schools Parent Information Packet
Click HERE to download the Parent Packet for the 2016-2017 School Year. This packet contains several policies that need to be reviewed and additional policies are available online HERE. The last half of the packet (Pages 34-43) need to be filled out, signed, and returned to the main office as soon as possible.
Another Form that must be turned into the School Nurse for seniors is the Proof of Meningitis Vaccination Form. This form must be signed by a medical professional and returned as soon as possible.
Parent Portal
What is Parent Portal?
Parent Portal is an online program that you as parents/guardians can sign-up for to receive updates on you child's progress through the academic year. Once your account is created you will be able to see you child's grades, upcoming assignments/tests, missing assignments, and any updates that their teachers would like you to know.
To sign up for this great program please fill out the Parent Portal Registration Form and return to the main office.
